Obi-Wan Kenobi, later known as Ben Kenobi during his exile and then Darth Rage after turning to the dark side to save Luke Skywalker from the wrath of Darth Raxus The Sith Emperor's most loyal Sith Lord.
Kenobi played a significant role in the fate of the galaxy during the waning days of the Galactic Republic. He was personally responsible for the deaths of Darth Maul and General Grievous, and contributed to the deaths of Darth Tyranus, Darth Vader and Darth Sidious by joining the Sith Empire as a Dark Coucillor.
Early Life
Born in 57 BBY on Stewjon, Kenobi was taken as the Jedi apprentice of Qui-Gon Jinn and traveled on many missions with him. In 32 BBY, Kenobi became the first Jedi in approximately 1,000 years to defeat and kill a Sith Lord in combat when he defeated Darth Maul during the Second Battle of Theed. In 22 BBY, Kenobi found the Clone army on Kamino, and he was captured and almost executed on Geonosis, along with Skywalker and Senator Padmé Amidala. The newly arrived clone troopers rescued them, but the following battle began the galaxy-wide Clone Wars.
Kenobi fought during many battles of the Clone Wars, as well as one of the last members of the Jedi High Council. Even after his apprentice became a Jedi Knight, Kenobi and Skywalker fought together many times, becoming a widely renowned pair. Kenobi earned the sobriquet "The Negotiator" through his charm and calm demeanor as well as the quiet threat of his abilities with a lightsaber. Later in the war, Skywalker saved his life in a battle fought over Coruscant, after which Kenobi killed General Grievous on Utapau. However, he was soon betrayed, as Commander Cody, following Order 66, opened fire on him.
Kenobi met up with his old mentor Grand Master Yoda, and the two realized that not many Jedi had survived the attacks. The two returned to the Jedi Temple, where they learned the agonizing truth: Skywalker, now lost to the dark side of the Force, had led an attack to kill Jedi in the Jedi Temple, following orders from Chancellor Palpatine, the ruler of the successor of the Republic, the Galactic Empire. Kenobi traveled to Mustafar in order to duel his former apprentice and friend, now the Sith Lord Darth Vader. Finally, Vader was taken in by a storm of lava, and Kenobi remorsefully left him to die. While Yoda, one of the few other Jedi to survive the Great Jedi Purge, went into exile, Kenobi took the son of Skywalker and Amidala, Luke Skywalker, to live with the Lars family on Tatooine. He became a friend of Skywalker as he grew up, but he did not tell him who he actually was.

[2][3]Ben recalls once going by the name Obi-Wan.Added by JMASThirty-two years after the Battle of Naboo, Kenobi rescued Luke Skywalker from Tusken Raiders while Luke was tracking the errant R2-D2, who insisted he was the property of, and carried a message for, Obi-Wan Kenobi. They returned to Obi-Wan's home, and Kenobi used the opportunity to finally present Luke with Anakin Skywalker's lightsaber. However, when Luke asked Kenobi about his father's death, Kenobi disguised the truth from him.

In Obi-Wan's way of thinking, this was not untrue: Anakin Skywalker died the moment he betrayed the Jedi and chose the path of evil, completely becoming Darth Vader, much to the confusion of Luke.
After seeing R2-D2's message from Princess Leia Organa asking for his assistance in delivering the schematics of the Death Star to Bail Organa on Alderaan, Kenobi realized that the time he had been waiting for had arrived. He invited Luke to accompany him to Alderaan and aid the Rebellion, but Luke initially demurred, offering only to take Kenobi and the droids to Anchorhead. On their way, however, they came across the remains of a Jawa sandcrawler that Kenobi determined had been attacked by Imperial Stormtroopers. Recognizing the dead Jawas as the same ones that had sold them the droids earlier, Luke raced home to find his aunt and uncle already killed.
Upon returning to Kenobi, the formerly reluctant Luke decided he would go with Kenobi to Alderaan and learn about the Force like his father. Pleased with this answer, Kenobi took Luke and the droids to Mos Eisley spaceport to find transport to Alderaan. Using a Jedi mind trick, Kenobi got the group past several stormtroopers who stopped them, which amazed Luke. Kenobi also bailed Luke out of trouble with a dangerous criminal and his Aqualish friend in a cantina, although it resulted in Kenobi chopping off the Aqualish's arm. In the cantina, Kenobi met the Wookiee Chewbacca, first mate on the Millennium Falcon. After some negotiation, the ship's captain, Han Solo agreed to fly them to Alderaan. As they were about to leave, they were ambushed in the hangar by several Imperial Stormtroopers but before they could escape a Sith Lord of the Sith Empire by the name of Darth Raxus arrived on the scene the Sith easily killed all of the stormtroopers. To give the Falcon a chance to warm up Kenobi dualed the Sith Lord after a fierce and lengthly battle Darth Raxus proved too strong for Kenobi but he still gave the others a chance to escape but the before they could Raxus used force grip on the Starship while taunting Kenobi this inraged the Jedi Master suddenly Obi-Wan let out a loud roar then shot force lightning at the Sith Lord in doing so the Falcon was allowed to escape but at a terrible cost the cost being one the greatest Jedi of all time becoming a Sith Lord by the name of Darth Rage serving The Sith Emperor and his New Sith Empire as a Sith coucillor
